By commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service!
I.PAYMENT
If you are interested in commissioning me, you can message me on Twitter or via email, [email protected].
If by email, title it "Commission" so that I don’t accidentally mix it with spam. Tell me the details you want with a reference sheet of your character. If there are any alternative ways I can contact you, do let me know.
Payment will be made USD via Paypal.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission request without explanation. Do not send payment until I have confirmed I will do the commission.I will not start until payment has been received.
II.COMMISSION PROCESS
Work in Progress will be provided if personally asked by the commissioner, or if I am wondering something about the commission. This will give you the chance to ask for changes or add-ons.
Once the commission is complete, I will not be able to make any changes unless they are minor(ex. missing markings, small coloring).
Any major fixes that require me to redraw the whole thing will cost extra.
Failure to complete commission will result in a full refund.
COMMISSION TERMS
I will use the finished commissions for my portfolio or to publish on other social media sites. Read more on Copyright Policy
Watermark will be placed on all commissions.
I may charge more on complex characters or props

Monsters
Simple Mecha
Furries, Scalies etc.
Public Displays of Affection(PDA)
Gore (Ask me about this)
Fan Characters (ex: a fallout OC; Hotline Miami OC)
I will NOT draw
Fetish or sexual content
Complex mecha
Copyrighted characters
Anything to attack or offend someone
III.COPYRIGHT/USEAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Add to my portfolio.
Display and post it anywhere to my liking.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
